Overview
- We are happy to offer a full return or store credit on non-sale apparel. While we would prefer to keep the dollars with us, we understand if you need a full refund, we will leave it up to you! Please specify on your initial inquiry.
- All other items including all sale apparel = final sale.
Specifics
- Returns MUST be received within 14 days of the ship date or 7 days from your delivery date
- All items must be returned in their original, perfect condition, (unworn, unused, unblemished, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags attached, in original packaging, not damaged in return shipping).
- Any item returned not in this specified condition will be refused.
- Unfortunately, shipping fees are non refundable.
Damages/Errors
- If your item arrives damaged, or we made a mistake and sent you the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of receipt, and we will gladly offer you an exchange free of shipping fees or a full refund or credit if the item is no longer available.
- We suggest shipping your package with a carrier such as UPS, DHL or FedEx, or via Insured USPS Parcel Post.
- Please note: we cannot take responsibility for packages we do not ship ourselves. If a package gets lost, we cannot complete the refund.
- C.O.D.s will not be accepted.
