Return Policy

In the spirit of keeping women-owned, small business alive - please accept our return policy that may not imitate those of global brands.

 

Overview

  • We are happy to offer a full return or store credit on non-sale apparel. While we would prefer to keep the dollars with us, we understand if you need a full refund, we will leave it up to you! Please specify on your initial inquiry.
  • All other items including all sale apparel = final sale. 

Specifics

  • Returns MUST be received within 14 days of the ship date or 7 days from your delivery date 
  • All items must be returned in their original, perfect condition, (unworn, unused, unblemished, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags attached, in original packaging, not damaged in return shipping). 
    • Any item returned not in this specified condition will be refused. 
  • Unfortunately, shipping fees are non refundable. 


Damages/Errors

  • If your item arrives damaged, or we made a mistake and sent you the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of receipt, and we will gladly offer you an exchange free of shipping fees or a full refund or credit if the item is no longer available. 
  • We suggest shipping your package with a carrier such as UPS, DHL or FedEx, or via Insured USPS Parcel Post.
    • Please note: we cannot take responsibility for packages we do not ship ourselves. If a package gets lost, we cannot complete the refund. 
      • C.O.D.s will not be accepted.
